Thanks for all your great feedback after the launch of TramRoute.com.

As a result of the feedback we’ve added some new features.

Multiple Route Select

Arrival and Departure Times

Show All Routes Option

Full Screen Display

Label Toggle

Multiple Route Selection

You can now view multiple routes on the page by using the ‘Ctrl’ key.

Just select a route as normal, but by holding down the control key the previously selected route(s) will remain.

Note: If selecting to show the position of the trams, only the most recently selected tram route will have the positions shown for it

Arrival and Departure Times

The times shown in the timetable can now be clicked on to show either the

Arrival times for the next station. This information will indicate the estimated time the tram will arrive at the next stops in the route if travelling from the selected stop and time.

Departure times for the previous stations. This information will indicate the estimated time the tram will depart from a particular stop to arrive at the selected stop and time.

Show All Routes Option

When viewing a timetable for a stop there is now the option for ‘Show all routes for this stop’.

Clicking this will show the timetable information for any other routes that also travel via that stop.

Also the route can be quickly displayed by clicking on it’s title under the timetables listing.

Full Screen Display

The page now vertically stretches to the size of the browser. Previously it would only stretch horizontally. This allows (depending on screen size) for much more of the map to be shown.

Label Toggle

The map labels can now be toggled on and off using the button at the botton of the map.

Lastly there were a few reports of routes not displaying at times under the final version of Firefox 3. I think I’ve addressed this, so please let me know if you still experience this problem.

As always all feedback and suggestions are welcome !

Thanks
